Blog Tutorials

Hi All!  I hope everyone is having a fantastic Tuesday!  Sorry, I've been lacking on posting for a few days.  My desk is full of projects and my mind is on creative overload right now.  I was doing laundry the other day and thinking about what I could post about this week and of course my wheels start spinning.  The past week,  I've been consumed with business stuff and this new venture I'm trying to put together.  Who knew writing or rewriting a business plan could be so much work!  Seriously, I feel like I'm back in college but with a million other responsibility's  on top of it all.  Yes, I'm talking about "mommy I want to got the pool"  Mommy, I need more juice, Mommy can I have XXX,  yes trying to balance every day life!   


I've also been working on some new blog designs and hopefully will have everything ready to go soon!  Yes, I'm changing a few things here on my blog and my project last week was making my blog button!  Yes, I know I'm way behind on making one!  I started to make a tutorial on how I made the button but there are so many great tutorials out there, I figured why reinvent the wheel.  So i'm going to share with you some links that I have found around the blogging world that you might find helpful.  


Here are some great blogging resources 


1.)  Picknik
I found this great site Picnik last month and I've been playing around creating and editing a bunch of photos.  Seriously, check it out!  Especially if you don't have Photoshop - such a great editing tool! 


2)  Tutorial on creating your Grab Button Box - Lyndsay over at Happy Housewife Designs put together this step by step tutorial here.  


3)  Want to creating the scrolling clickable slideshow? Kendra over at Key Lime Designs has a great tutorial on how to add one to your blog.  Check it out here
