Have you ever taking a Spinning class? Two weeks ago was my first time ever taking a spinning class and let me tell you I had no idea what to expect! I know some other people that Spin on a regular basis and everyone had only good things to say about the classes. So, I figured I would give it a shot! What I like best is that you can for the most part go at your own pace. This class is all part of my keep Amy motivated! After, I survived my first class I knew I would be back again! When I got home from my first class it was 7:00 am and Chris was still sleeping - I walked into our bedroom and my 1st words were - "Did you wake up at 6:20 am and feel like something was wrong? He just gave me that I'm just walking up what the Hell are you talking about Amy look? He goes know why I was sound asleep. Me: Well your wife was DYING at 6:20 - literally, I thought I was going to die! LOL Obviously, I didn't die but it did kick my butt! Before I was a Mom, I ran weekly and also did aerobic classes and I don't ever remember sweating like I do in a Spinning class! But let me tell you yesterday and today kicked my butt! This morning, I came home changed out of my disgusting clothes and made me an egg for breakfast and then I made the biggest mistake of all.... I sat down to watch The Today Show! Oh, I guess I forget to add that I'm up before 5:00 am so I can leave at 5:15 or 5:30 depending on class time to take either the 5:45 or 6:00 am class. Which the hardest part of this schedule is really getting myself out of bed. Once I'm there I have the energy from the class and it's packed every day- so you have about 15+ people keeping you motivated. If you have been thinking about taking a spinning a class I would definitely suggest checking one out - so worth the 45 minutes! This was only my 5th spinning class so I'll keep you posted on my progress I'm hoping to start seeing some results soon! - Now, I'm off to motivated me again! I'll be back around later! Have a great day Everyone!!
