Looking for a fun treat for the kids for Thanksgiving? You might want to save this idea or pin it for next year! I was asked to bring cupcakes or cookies but instead we made donut acorns and Lilly made almost all of the acorns for her class so it’s great way to involve the kids in the kitchen.
So here’s what you need ….
1) Donut holes – I bought dunkin donuts glazed munchkins but if you don’t have a dunkin donuts any donut holes will work.
2) chocolate frosting
3) sprinkles
4) pretzel thins
Dip the donut hole in the chocolate icing and swirl around and then dip in sprinkles. Then all you need to do next is stop it off with a pretzel thin. You will need to break the pretzel thins in half and then stick the pretzel in the top.
Enjoy!!
